When stigmatized by the unexpected loss by Suicide, you can’t find the recipe of how to carry on. First, let me tell you, you are not alone! I have learned a powerful perspective that I would like to share with you!

I found myself being attacked about the manner of death in which I lost my Beautiful firstborn. I was not going to retreat and allow those insensitive ones to label my child or to induce shame. I was even attacked by other grieving ones, during their rage stage, implying i didnt deserve the same sympathy, or they were angry with their loved one and tying to cast their anger onto me. This is what I wrote to them & hundreds have been helped by it. Take A look for yourself. Tell me what you think:
