I witnessed the aftermath of this heartless hit and run. Thank god, an off duty policeman followed the driver and was able to apprehend  the suspect. Also, a male nurse was able to help the victim too. Man arrested in connection to hit-and-run in Aloha | News | kptv.com

ALOHA, OR (KPTV) – A 53-year-old man was arrested Friday night in connection to a hit-and-run collision in Aloha.
